Itzhak Bentov’s Technique

Itzhak Bentov’s technique is a form of "State Engineering" designed to calibrate your nervous system to the natural frequency of the Earth (Schumann resonance) so your subconscious can transmit a clear signal to the quantum field [07:34].


The five steps to properly "ask the universe" are:

Intentional Emptying: Silencing the continuous internal narrative and noise within your mind [08:03]. This is not standard meditation, but a deliberate removal of mental chatter to clear the "transmitter" before introducing any new instructions [08:47].
